SMART DEVELOPMENT AND GROWTH:

While it is true that we must grow and progress, we need to be more selective about what we build and where we build. The abundance of new construction in Orange City is destroying our native wildlife habitats, clogging the roadways and placing a burden on our schools. Most of us moved here because of the small-town feel, which is quickly slipping away. I will encourage new businesses that bring value while finding solutions to limit new housing developments.
